Session Summary

Date: March 30, 2026

Session goal: Get the bookartmedia.com website to a state that finally feels finished and functional. Specifically: understand why it felt stuck, identify the real blockers, and make progress on the B&O hero image for the homepage.

What Was Discovered This Session

The website IS live

bookartmedia.com is live on Notion Sites. The domain is pointed correctly. The active homepage is the page titled "Book Art Media Publishing" (Notion ID: 159816a0-d746-8007-84d9-ebfd111d4bbf). This is the page Sebastiene has been working on.

There is a second page called "Book Art Media Website" (c8f33e97) that was built in a previous session as a draft/skeleton. It is not the homepage and should not be treated as one — Sebastiene correctly pointed out it's incomplete. Do not suggest switching to it.

The homepage — what's actually on it

The homepage's main problem

Black & Orange is not the lead. It's the third column in a three-way tie at the top. Every person who lands on this page sees "Books & Courses" first. B&O is the central product, the primary revenue source, and the reason most people find Sebastiene at all. It needs to be the first thing a visitor sees.

The fix in progress: Sebastiene is creating a B&O hero image in Canva to place as the first content block on the homepage, above the three-column section.

The website database

There is a working database called "bookartmedia.com Website Pages" (332816a0-d746-80b7-9022-dbebc8cea953) on the Marketing page. It has 7 entries. Four entries are missing their public URLs because Notion Sites slugs can only be set and viewed in the Notion UI — they cannot be read or set via API. Sebastiene needs to open each page in Notion, check Share → Publish, copy the URL, and paste it into the database.
